1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

3. Returning the Goods

Following cancellation, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. 4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where applicable. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made by bank transfer or cheque as agreed. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, food supplement products that have been opened and have had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within the 14-day window as set out above.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fitoibright.world with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
